CER works closely with law enforcement agencies including
local police departments and probation departments.
Evaluations undertaken by CER include neighborhood
crime prevention and suppression, restorative justice, drug
court, juvenile justice, and probation programs. What
makes CER unique is its extensive experience working with
all levels of criminal justice from prevention to
incarceration to community re-integration.
CER has extensive experience working with domestic
violence programs. These include a range of programs that
target bullying to adults in abusive relationships.
Evaluation studies of prevention programs have looked at
changes in young women’s knowledge and behaviors
related to emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. CER also
provides evaluation services to programs that serve adults
who are currently in abusive relationships.
Why CER?
How do we move offenders from
incarceration back into society? CER is
helping probation and other criminal justice
programs find answers.
CER has worked in numerous juvenile
justice programs that has led to the
development of evidence-based models.
CER provides realignment and evaluation of
criminal justice services for city and county
governments.
